Managing comments as an administrator

If the comments are saved in the database and you are an administrator, you also have the following functions at your disposal:

Viewing private comments - see here

Deleting comments - see here

Administrator permissions required

This function requires administrator permissions. If WebTerm does not show the function, that means that you do not have the necessary user permissions to use it (see here). Please contact your administrator for further assistance.

Viewing private comments

If you are an administrator, WebTerm also lists private requests and comments in the Comments list and the Comments details - in contrast with users without administrator permissions who cannot see such comments.

The details shown are the same as for public comments. Please refer to the sections "Information on the Comments list" and "Information in the comment details" for more detailed information.

Deleting comments

If you are an administrator, you can delete comments from the Comments list. In that case, WebTerm displays the Delete button on the Comments list:

Proceed as follows to delete a comment:

1 Open the Comments list: to do so, click the Comments list button on the toolbar.

2 Click the Delete button on the comment that you want to delete.

WebTerm displays the following message in confirmation:
Comment will be deleted. Are you sure?

3 Confirm with OK .

WebTerm deletes the comment from the Comments list.
