After you have successfully completed a search, you can click on the source-language term on the Search & Find panel to view the data record details.
On the Details view menu, you can specify which of the following details are shown (see here).
The header contains fields that apply to the whole data record including all its entries and all languages (primarily administration fields).
If there are multimedia files linked to the data record, WebTerm shows buttons for viewing or playing those multimedia files (see Section "Viewing multimedia files").
Language info comprises language information which relates to all entries of a particular language.
Entries in source and target languages
WebTerm always displays the source and target language entries. They contain fields relating to a particular entry and any subentries:
WebTerm identifies the languages by their 3-letter language codes (see Section "3-letter language code"). If you hover the mouse pointer over a 3-letter language code without clicking it, WebTerm shows the language name in full:
Entries in additional languages
In addition to the source and target languages, WebTerm can also display entries in other languages which the data record may contain. WebTerm displays the same entry fields for the additional languages as for the source and target languages.
Please refer to the section "Terminology data structure" for more detailed information on the structure of a data record.
WebTerm shows an arrowhead in front of the header, the language info and the entries. If the arrowhead is pointing to the right, you can click it to expand the item and see more details:
If you click the arrowhead again, WebTerm hides the additional information.
If the dictionary contains a multimedia file for the data record, you can view it with the aid of the data record details (see the section "Viewing multimedia files").
How to specify what WebTerm displays in the data record details is explained in the section "Customising Details view".
